Real Estate is unpredictable. Sometimes you need full-time support and other times just a couple of hours to complete a task. A full-time assistant or even a part-time one will require a certain amount of set time, which you may not be able to guarantee. Additionally, they most likely work during traditional office hours, and real estate is not a 9-5 kind of business.
That’s where I come in. You can hire me for as little as 2 hours when you need to. Even on the weekends and after working hours - I am not bound to the 9-5 routine.
