I started out as a solo entrepreneur, just like many of you out there. I tried to do it all - marketing, bookkeeping, coaching, administrative work - you name it! But, even with my experience and skill set I couldn't do it all. I soon realized that I couldn't provide the top-notch support my clients deserved by doing it all by myself.
Our story began with a major life change.
In 2021, Kasia Dabrowski Bardi, a former NYC agent turned Marketing and Operations Executive for a leading luxury brokerage, moved to Italy. She missed working in Real Estate and began working with agents and teams remotely.

In today's competitive Real Estate market, agents need more than just one person to thrive. With her experience leading a team servicing 150+ agents at her previous company, she knew that creating a multi-person collaborative agency was the best way to provide best-in-class services to her clients.
And so, CASAremote was born. We're a small but dedicated team of professionals who offer a wide range of services to support Real Estate agents, from strategy and development to day-to-day administration. When you work with us, you get a brokerage-like team behind you, all working together to help you succeed.
Local Talent
I am not digital nomad (not that there's anything wrong with that!), but an entrepreneur living in the South of Italy, my new home.
Puglia is a beautiful region, but unfortunately, there aren't many career opportunities for the talented young people who call this place home. This is why I see it as my personal responsibility to enrich the local community by providing jobs for talented individuals who might otherwise have to leave the area to find work.
By hiring local talent, I not only help to create more job opportunities in the area, but I also get to work with people who have a deep appreciation for the work they perform.
Behind the Name
CASA is the Italian word for "home," and as Real Estate agents, you sell homes. So, it seemed like the perfect fit!
CASAremote also signifies that we made our home into our office. From here, we serve our clients. Our services are not virtual. They are just performed remotely.
Plus, as the founder of CASAremote, I now live in Italy, so the name holds a special significance for me.
